  • How to I return or exchange my order?

    In accordance with the provisions of articles L.221-5 et seq of the French Commercial Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason and without being subject to a penalty. This period starts to run as soon as the product is received by the customer. In our view, this 14-day trial period are an opportunity to start a love story with your Apose watch.   • Do I have to pay return shipping charges?

    If you withdraw within the specified period, we will cover the costs of return and will reimburse you on presentation of proof.

  • How long will it take to process my reimbursement?

    The exchange, subject to availability of the desired model, or reimbursement will be performed within 14 days as from receipt of the returned watch by Apose.

  • Can I track my return order?

    Once the return package has been sent, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

  • Can I exchange or return an item which I received as a gift?

    How you acquired the watch does not concern us. You can return it according to the conditions set out above.
