Management and protection of personal data

The Client/User is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the French Law of 21 June 2014 for Confidence in the Digital Economy, the French Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679). The Seller processes the Client/User's data in accordance with the regulations on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of data, known as the "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR).

For Personal Data collected, particularly during the creation of a personal account, website browsing, order processing, and customer relationship management, the data controller is: Apose. As the data controller, Apose undertakes to comply with applicable legal provisions.
